Shkelzen Kelmendi, graduated from law university, with 21 years of experience at NLB Bank.
Since 2008, he has been Director of Human Resources and Organization at NLB Banka, which position he currently holds. In 2015 to 2017, at the same time, he was also U.D. Director of the Legal Department at NLB Banka.
In addition to being engaged in NLB Banka, Shkelzen Kelmendi is also engaged in professional advancement where he completed the course: “HR Academy” in Ljubljana.
